Sable
Sable is a secure team messaging platform, end-to-end encrypted by default and built on MLS. Two deliberate channel types, Secure and Open, let teams get real protection without losing the search and everyday usability they expect from team chat.
I’m the sole designer on it. I designed and specced the core interface components — the message composer with its full state set, a per-message action menu built on progressive disclosure — and wrote them up as implementation-ready specs the engineers build directly from. I rebuilt the icon library and set the typography. I run the app locally and contribute front-end code myself. I also designed and built the product’s marketing site, including its brand and an animated shader background. This is proprietary work and the name has been changed.
