Traque

Traque is a B2B SaaS warehouse and print operations platform built on RFID. Within the system, the user experience is varied and complex. One deployment validates outbound loads at a dock door, another drives label printing across a fleet of printers, and another runs cycle counts across a facility. Each site needs different data sources, thresholds, and hardware coming from one product.

The design system was the first unifying solution I designed for Traque, then the operational surfaces on top of it: printing flows, live site maps, and simulation views that let sales engineers show the system working before a customer buys it. I wrote production front-end code for some of those workflows; those changes are merged and in use by customers today. Warehouse managers work from tablets on the floor, so the interfaces are built to be read in a few seconds between jobs. This is proprietary work and the name has been changed.
